Ten thousand students from 130 countries are here in the Twin Cities—away from home, perhaps for the first time, facing a new culture and a confounding medley of challenges. They are often pressured to compete for top grades, and nearly all are using English,
a language which is not their own.
Internationals are eager to make friends with Americans like you. We estimate that only one in five students experience a Christian welcome in the Twin Cities.
These international students are conceivably the future leaders of their countries. And every international student is a potential disciple of Jesus.
Their time here is short, but with God,
even a short time is enough time.
